DFZ in Mszczonów makes possible for its partners to carry on more profitable commercial transactions through the use of several exemptions and reductions in customs and tax duties, favorable conditions for production, services and simplified import and export procedures.

TRADE

• trade from abroad to the duty free zone is free from all quantity and value quotas and customs permits
• goods imported to the duty free zone are free from customs duties and taxes, including VAT
• goods may enter the duty free zone based on a pro-forma invoice
• in case of re-exporting goods from the duty free zone to other countries customs duties and taxes are not charged
• commercial transactions are not taxed with VAT
• it is possible to withdraw and introduce goods in installments
• customs charges are levied only at the time when the cargo is removed from the DFZ and is directed to the Polish customs territory

STORAGE

• foreign companies, even those which are not registered in Poland, may store their goods in the DFZ
• placing the goods in our warehouses is not subject to Customs Office's permits and security requirements and does not require customs bonds for the time of storage
• goods may be stored in the Duty Free Zone for an unlimited period of time

PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING

• goods that were delivered to the duty free zone may be processed without any quantity limitations and are not subject to any customs duties or taxes
• processing, including repairs of goods, is not subject to any customs security requirements, such as bonds
• goods processed or manufactured in the duty free zone may be exported without paying customs duties and taxes
